The Doors: Mr. Mojo Risin’: The Story of L.A. Woman [Blu-Ray] was released on January 24, 2012 and runs 94 minutes. It’s very similar to the “Classic Album” series. There are interviews with each of the remaining Doors, Bruce Botnick, Jac Holzman, and others. They go through each song, except the skip L’America for some reason. Very interesting Doors video and I’m glad I own it.
When You’re Strange: A Film about The Doors [Blu-ray] was released on June 29, 2010 and is 86 minutes long. All authentic film footage, no actors. Narrated by Johnny Depp. The film footage of Jim taken from his movie HWY is pristine, looks like it was filmed last week. That alone is worth the purchase price.
